For partners

Two doors. Pick the one that fits.

We name where we fit, and where we don't, on the first call.

Ariventures Abroad works with two kinds of partners, universities and organizations, for different reasons. Each one opens onto a different conversation.

What every partnership includes

The shared floor, regardless of door

Every partnership at Ariventures Abroad, university, corporate, or foundation, runs on the same operating principles. Scope and price differ. The floor doesn't.

01

One-page scoping memo

Before any agreement: a single page with scope, cost, timeline, and the metric we'll report against. If we can't fit it on a page, we haven't scoped it.

02

Named outcomes, named cadence

Reporting is part of the deal, not an afterthought. We agree on what we'll measure, how often, and in what format, at MOU.

03

Light contract, no lock-in

First engagements are typically single-year. We'd rather earn the second year than insist on it. Multi-year MOUs are available when both sides want them.

How we partner

Four principles, kept on every call

01

Complement, don't compete.

We name where we fit and where we don't. If you have a peer organization doing aligned work, we'll say so before pitching anything.

02

Reporting is part of the deal.

Quarterly briefs. Annual reviews. Numbers come with methodology. If we miss a target, you'll hear it from us before anyone else.

03

No exclusivity by default.

Aligned partners aren't competitors. We'll be transparent about who else is supporting the work in your space.

04

Students stay the protagonist.

Co-branding is on your terms. Students are not props for partnership marketing. Every story used in a partner asset is consented and reviewed.

Tell us where you're trying to go. On every first call, you talk first. We listen. Then we say where Ariventures Abroad fits, and where it doesn't.
