The gap we fill

You can get students into the program. Can you make them feel ready?

01

You handle access and logistics

Outbound advising, host program selection, institutional aid, credit transfer, and the visa workshop you've run for years.

02

We handle prep and post-return

Global Ready Workshops on cultural readiness, money abroad, and the questions students don't know to ask. Plus mentor pairings after they return.

03

Together you reach the students who weren't sure

The students walking past your booth at the fair. We co-program for the doubt-based gap, not just the access-based one.

Partnership FAQ

What is the financial commitment?

It varies by level of engagement. Awareness Partners start at $2,500 annually. Pipeline Partners invest $5,000 to $10,000. Strategic Partners range from $15,000 to $25,000. Founding Partners are custom multi-year commitments starting at $50,000. All funds directly support fellowship programming, fellow stipends, and program operations. We send a one-page scope memo with cost before any agreement, and we're glad to discuss payment schedules and in-kind contributions.

How do partnerships benefit our students and recruitment goals?

Partner institutions gain access to a vetted pipeline of motivated, globally minded students, priority recruitment opportunities, and the chance to host fellows for campus visits or speaking engagements. Past partners have recruited fellows into graduate programs, invited them to speak in classes about their community work, and strengthened their global engagement reputation. Fellows become ambassadors for your institution within their communities.

Can we create a custom partnership?

Absolutely. The four tiers are starting points. We regularly customize around institutional priorities: hosting fellows for semester-long research, co-creating curriculum, establishing named fellowships tied to your university, or building pipeline programs for specific departments. Every partnership begins with a discovery conversation.

What involvement is required from our staff?

It's flexible. At minimum, we coordinate with one primary contact for quarterly updates and planning. More engaged partners involve faculty for mentorship, host campus visits, or join virtual panels. We handle logistics, fellow communication, and administrative coordination. Most partners spend 2 to 5 hours per quarter, with more optional based on interest.

How do you measure partnership impact?

Quarterly updates and annual impact reports covering fellows engaged with your institution, recruitment outcomes, visibility metrics, qualitative feedback, and an activity summary. We also hold annual partnership reviews to discuss what's working, gather feedback, and plan improvements.

How is Ariventures Abroad different from other programs?

Unlike programs that simply provide funding, we offer holistic support across the whole journey: pre-departure preparation, ongoing mentorship, crisis support, and post-fellowship career guidance. We maintain a 100% fellowship completion rate and stay connected with fellows long after their programs end. For partners, that means engaging with highly motivated, well-supported students positioned to succeed.
